My name is Damien and I’d like to welcome you to dloungedesign.com.

d_Lounge Design, a freelance design studio established in 2002, has brought design services such as web, graphic, print and mobile user interface design to a number of small/medium size businesses, actors, singers, entrepreneurs and individuals alike. (See commentary below from select d_Lounge Design clientele.)

Design, my passion, all started at a young age; however, came to fruition during early years of high school -- developing class presentations (of which receiving positive responses from both instructors and fellow classmates) and unofficially heading up the web design class (teaching/assisting other class members and designing/developing/maintaining the first two levels of the school’s official web site).

In college, my main focus was to absorb as much information in reference to all facets of design as possible. Nonetheless, while working in this field, knowledge of new technologies, software and techniques must continuously be sought out; for evolutions are made [seemingly] daily.

While being owner and designer, it is occasionally taxing -- in relation to the number of “hats” one must wear to keep things managed -- nevertheless, being raised within a family of confident, business owners has taught me the skills it takes to succeed; especially in business.

Aside from design, other personal interests are: Snowboarding, Wakeboarding, Wakesurfing, Photography, Tennis, and Martial Arts.
